Prizes must be accepted, cash is not an option. The prize winner is the person named on the barrel draw stub and must be of legal age of 19 years. The winner will be officially notified at the address on the stub. The numbers are on ticket for reference only.

- This certificate is valid only for the individual identified on the front of the certificate and may not be sold or transferred to any other person. The recipient of this certificate must be 21 years of age or older and the recipient and any additional guest(s) must satisfy Carnival’s additional requirements for cruise passage.
- Reservations must be made in advance and are subject to availability in category 4A. To make your reservations travel agents should call Carnival at (800) 794-6225 and reference the Carnival Individual Incentive Certificate.
- At the user’s option and additional expense this certificate may be upgraded to a higher cabin category, other Carnival ships or additional days of cruising. Call the travel agent listed on the reverse side for options and additional costs for upgrading the certificate.
- Changes to the reservations may be permitted, subject to the availability and the other restrictions contained herein, and any applicable cancellation charges.
- This certificate is not replaceable, and has no value, if lost, stolen, destroyed or expired.

- This certificate may not be used to pay for incidental or other expenses incurred by the guest. This includes shore excursions and any onboard purchases, bar beverages, gaming and spa services.
- This certificate is not redeemable for cash and it is void if sold for cash or other consideration.
- Any tax liability, including disclosure, connected with the receipt or use of this certificate is the recipient’s responsibility.
- Carnival reserves the right to substitute ports, change itineraries or substitute ships on all itineraries.
- Certificates may not be valid where restricted by law. This certificate shall have no expiration date where otherwise prohibited by law.
